Kris Belden-Adams

Kris Belden-Adams (author) is an Assistant Professor of Art History at the University of Mississippi. She received her PhD in modern and contemporary art history from the CUNY Graduate Center. She also has an MA in Art History, Theory, and Criticism with a concentration in contemporary art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her scholarly work on the history of art, photography and visual culture has been published by the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Afterimage: The Journal of Media Arts and Cultural Criticism, The International Journal of Technology, Knowledge and Society and Cabinet.
