Laurence Kirby

Laurence Kirby is a Professor of Mathematics at Baruch College, the City University of New York. His area of specialization is Mathematical Logic, and the philosophical background to his research has been the questions: What is the relationship between language and reality (assuming there is such a thing as reality). He was one of the first recipients of a series of Fellowships offered through the Baruch/Rubin Collaboration.
